How much is shipping?

We offer complimentary express shipping for all orders. Your packages will be delivered to your doorstep via DHL or UPS.

 

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

We offer shipping to all countries using DHL and UPS.
Depending on the delivery destination, certain items will be shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis, meaning any duties and taxes incurred in the destination country will be the customer's responsibility.

In the event that you refuse delivery for any reason, or if you are unavailable or unable to receive the package despite reasonable attempts by the courier company, the item will be returned to KENATA CASABLANCA. In such cases, you will be responsible for the unpaid duties, taxes, and additional shipping costs.

 

When will my purchase ship?

We aim to get your new KENATA CASABLANCA bag to you as quickly as possible. In-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

We strive to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as location and customs clearance.

  • USA/Canada : 5-8 days
  • Europe : 8-10 days
  • Other countries : 14 days

For pre-orders, they will be shipped on the date specified on the product page.

 

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email with tracking information. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so don't worry if your package isn't immediately marked as "in transit."

Pre-Order For pre-order items, they will be processed like regular orders but shipped at a later date, as indicated on the product page. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, they will be shipped separately, and no additional postage charges will be incurred.

 

What's your return policy?

We value your satisfaction greatly. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, simply follow these steps : Once we receive the bag in an acceptable/unused condition, we'll proceed with the refund, and you'll receive a confirmation notification.
